My career in the financial service industry has evolved over the past 30-plus years. The insurance companies, fund companies, and the managers that I worked for in the past had promoted nothing more than market timing, stock picking, and track-record investing for their clients. The process was unsustainable because no one has a crystal ball to the future; it was doomed to fail.
It became clear that I needed a system that would fit my core values: a strong belief that Capitalism and free markets work and financial abundance is created by faith in the future, discipline to stay the course, and patience to allow the free market system to work its wonders.
I help investors understand the difference between an Advisor, track-record investing, stock picking and market timing versus a Coach, proper asset allocation, diversification through world markets, and rebalancing. This approach supports an investors true purpose for money.
Coaching educates rather than allowing financial traps such as speculating and gambling into your portfolio. It will help establish your true purpose for your money, a method to measure diversification within your portfolio, measure volatility, and all fees and charges are clearly defined up front. As your coach, I will be telling you the greatest obstacle to reaching financial abundance is the control of investor behavior. The analogy I like to use is as a baseball coach, if a player is scared to death of a curve ball, I can’t remove that emotion, but I can coach him on techniques that will allow him to recognize the curve ball and not bail out of the batters box. The emotion is still there but it is now a controlled emotion. I will always strive to earn your faith, trust, and confidence, not in a particular plan or investment portfolio, but to do my absolute best to coach you toward financial abundance.
I will always strive to earn you faith, trust, and confidence, not in a particular plan or investment portfolio, but to do my absolute best to coach you toward financial abundance. I only work with clients that hold these same beliefs. Experience has taught me that Coaching isn’t for those who need coaching, but for those who want to be coached.
